Inspection and compliance
A weekly inspection routine that records only the exceptions, so the drive takes minutes instead of a morning. Each violation is tracked from first notice to resolution, with a paper trail a board can stand behind.

Consulting and software for community associations
CtK helps association boards and the managers who serve them inspect well, keep clean records, and know every owner before the weather turns. When the work needs software that doesn't exist yet, we write it.
“And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.”Matthew 7:25 · KJV
What we do
A board holds a community in trust. We help the people who carry that trust do it faithfully: with routines that hold up, records that stand on their own, and a plan for the worst week of the year. We do not manage associations ourselves; we make the people who do faster and better prepared.

Know every owner before the storm. After it passes, inspect occupied and homesteaded homes first, record the damage and who is responsible for it, and reach the owners who are away. Common areas are tracked separately so nothing is missed.
When a community needs something the standard tools don't do, we build it: connections to county data, reports a board actually reads, and the small tools that remove a recurring headache.
“Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things.”Matthew 25:21 · KJV
Our first product
Started from a storm, built by community.
Storm Desk began the way the most useful things do: with a storm, and neighbors checking on neighbors. The question that week was simple and hard. Who lives here, who is away, and is everyone all right? Storm Desk is our answer, made permanent.
It starts from the county's own property records, so every parcel and owner is there on day one and only the manager has to adopt it. There is nothing for owners to download and no roster to build.

How we work
We don't arrive with a system to install. We start with one community, one route, one inspection, and let what works earn its place. The product you see today is what grew from that.
We ride along on an inspection and learn how your community actually runs: the streets, the recurring problems, the owners who are rarely home.
We load your county records, your rules and your routes, then train the team until the weekly drive feels routine.
Each month we review what is working, what isn't, and build what is missing.
“Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.”Matthew 13:32 · KJV
Our name
The name is taken from Revelation 19:16, where he is called King of kings and Lord of lords. We named the company for his kingdom and try to work in its spirit: righteousness, peace and joy, where the greatest is the one who serves. That is a high standard for a small firm, and we would rather be measured against it than not.
In practice it is not complicated. We serve the people who serve their communities. We tell boards the truth about what works. We treat every owner's record with the care we would want for our own. Boards and managers of every background are welcome here; this is simply who we are, and you will find us the same in every community we serve.
“Whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister.”Mark 10:43 · KJV

Rooted in the original languages
Scripture was written in Hebrew and Greek, and a few of its words say more in the original than any English gloss. These four shape how we think about the work.
The Hebrew word for kingdom is less about territory than about a king actually reigning. A community is well kept when someone is truly responsible for it, week in and week out. Our inspection routine exists to make that responsibility real rather than nominal.
Shalom is not merely the absence of trouble; it is a thing made whole. We measure success by a community made whole after the storm: every owner reached, every home accounted for, every repair assigned to the right party and seen through.
The phrase at the heart of the Gospels. It starts small, grows quietly and makes room for others. That is the pattern we follow: one community, one route, one inspection, and let what works earn its place.
The title behind our name, from Revelation 19:16. It keeps us honest about who we ultimately answer to, and it is why we would rather tell a board the plain truth than win the work.
Israel
We say this plainly and warmly, because scripture does. The God we serve made his promises to Abraham and his descendants, and he has kept them. We bless Israel, we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and we are glad to say so.
That is the whole of it: blessing and peace. It sits alongside our welcome to boards and managers of every background, and takes nothing from it.
“And I will bless them that bless thee … and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”Genesis 12:3 · KJV
